Is every piece really made by hand?
Yes. Every bag, outfit, cap and accessory is crocheted by hand in the Lagos studio — in small numbers or made to order. Nothing here is mass-produced, and product pages state how long each piece takes.
How long does an order take?
Each product page states its own lead time, because each piece takes a different number of hours. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio quickly; made-to-order pieces are made after you order.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes. Prices are shown in both naira and dollars, and checkout quotes shipping by zone — Lagos & Ogun, the rest of Nigeria, the rest of Africa, and the rest of the world.
How do I pay?
In naira with Paystack at checkout, or in dollars from anywhere in the world. Custom pieces are confirmed with a payment link before work begins.
Can I request something custom?
Yes — use the custom request form with your measurements, photos and budget. The studio replies with a quote and timeline before anything is made.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact the studio as soon as you notice it and it will be made right. The full returns and refunds policy is in final legal review and publishes here before the store opens.
